heartwork home: come to success

a sisters-only retreat for you to experience and bring home a better sense of wellbeing guided by the Quran and Sunnah.

wondering how to do it all?

You're exhausted from the endless tasks, the guilt, the feeling that no matter how much you do, it's never enough.

Here's the truth: You've been measuring success by the wrong metrics.

The world sold you an ideal that mistakes busyness for achievement.

A soul-crushing, mind-numbing blueprint that drains your time, emotional labour and cognitive energy that you hardly have any left for the things that matter, for seeking knowledge and deepening your relationship with Allah SWT.

Want 2026 to be the year you put Him first and experience real success?

This retreat is for you.

what sisters say:

“It was a beautiful gathering to rest, recharge and renew our intentions and work onour hearts."

Humairah

"It didn’t feel like a class, it felt like a mirror. I loved how it was an intimate, focused circle that felt safe and real. The sharing from other sisters was heartfelt. It allowed everyone’s stories to flow with sincerity."

Suhaila

“The safe space for us to reflect and be raw, especially since it’s all centred around our beautiful Deen. Words of encouragement all reminded us of His warmth—we’re all vehicles in one another’s lives."

Mardhiah

“It was one of the most beneficial things I've attended in a long while. Received the most genuine hugs from sisters I only met for the first time. Such a safe space with no judgements but acknowledging others' struggles and reminding ourselves of our purpose here."

heartwork home: come to success

a 4-hour afternoon about making 2026 the year we put Allah SWT first

On Saturday, January 24th, Get guidance from Ustazah Nur Hidayah and Ustazah Syariati Sulaiman through intimate halaqahs on reconnecting with the Quran and realigning our choices toward what's pleasing to Him.

No matter how far you feel from Allah SWT right now, you'll be reminded He has never been far from you.

This is a small, private gathering, intentionally limited to hold space for honest stories, sensitive questions, the kind of heart-to-heart conversations that spark real transformation, insyaAllah!

what to expect:

2pm - 2.30pm:

Heartwork Home begins with a huddle where we share why we're here and what we're carrying.

We’ll then break into smaller reflection circles guided by Ustazah Nur Hidayah and Ustazah Syariati.

2:30pm - 4:00pm:

Halaqah 1: Befriending the Quran and Choosing the Right Companions with Ustazah Nur Hidayah

This is for you if:

  • you want a deeper connection with the Quran but don't know where to start

  • you struggle with social circles at work or personal life that don’t align with Islamic values

  • you feel pressured to dim your Deen to fit in or avoid judgment

You’ll learn how to:

  • reconnect with the Quran as your truest companion and source of healing

  • navigate challenging environments that may not support your journey towards Allah SWT

Halaqah 2: Struggles and Sacrifices Through the Lens of the Quran with Ustazah Syariati Sulaiman

This is for you if:

  • you’re a mom, wife, daughter constantly sacrificing your needs and struggle with difficult dynamics with your children, spouse or parents

  • you feel crushed by the weight of "perfect Muslim woman" expectations

You’ll learn how to:

  • reframe struggle and sacrifice through the wisdom of the Quran

  • stop people-pleasing and start Allah-pleasing in roles at home and beyond

  • find the peace and rest your heart has been seeking that only comes from doing things in service to Allah SWT

4:00pm - 5:00pm:

Asr break and connect over light refreshments

5:00pm - 6:00pm:

Insight into Action: Create Your Striving Strategy with Aisah

Most people start the year full of resolutions, big goals, grand plans, new habits then fast forward a few months: life happens, momentum fades and just give up trying.

The problem isn’t you.

It’s the way you've been told to do too much all at once, chase what sounds good instead of what moves the needle and you burn out.

You’ll learn how to:

  • break the pattern of quitting everything you started with good intentions

  • create a clearly defined, striving strategy that aligns with your goals and the season of life you’re in right now

  • practical tips on staying consistent with habits for your wellbeing and worship

heartwork home is not for you if:

  • you’re looking for a quick fix or surface-level solutions to just feel better, not be better

  • you want inspiration without action because your wellbeing isn't a priority right now

  • you’re not ready to examine your patterns and lifestyle habits because you don't believe change is possible

  • you prefer large events where you can stay anonymous and not engage with the community

heartwork home is for you if:

  • you want to prepare your heart for Ramadhan by rekindling your relationship with the Quran

  • you need practical tools to apply at home and work, not just information

  • you’re committed to do the heartwork for your wellbeing and want to be with sisters who are on their journeys too

  • you’re ready to be vulnerable in a private, judgment-free space

like Arina who said: "I LOVE the fact that it was a safe space for us. I LOVE that I now know that I have a community to go to. I feel less alone.”
